I Texas Grand Ranch LLC is a project site entity owned in whole or in part by Patten Companies LLC. This website and the The Estates of Texas Grand Ranch community operate under the “Patten Properties” trademark, which is a registered trademark of Patten Companies LLC. Licensed real estate brokerage services in connection with this community are provided by PSM Realty of Texas LLC. Where this Privacy Policy refers to “We,” “Us,” or “Our,” it encompasses I Texas Grand Ranch LLC, Patten Companies LLC as the parent entity, and PSM Realty of Texas LLC in its capacity as the licensed broker for this community. For the purpose of the GDPR, the Company is the Data Controller.
  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable. Under GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), You can be referred to as the Data Subject or as the User as you are the individual using the Service.

Terms and Conditions

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services. The following terms govern Your participation in text message (SMS) communications from The Estates of Texas Grand Ranch, operated by I Texas Grand Ranch LLC, a Patten Companies LLC community (“We,” “Us,” “Our”). By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text messages from Us, you agree to these SMS and Text Messaging Program Terms and Conditions. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Program Description
By opting in, you consent to receive recurring SMS text messages from Us regarding:
