For every referral given to a Grand Ranch Community (Republic Grand Ranch, Texas Grand Ranch, or Deer Forest) you’ll be entered for a chance to win! For every referral that takes a tour of a Grand Ranch Community, you’ll receive an additional chance to win. For every referral that buys property at a Grand Ranch Community, you’ll both have 5 chances to win! If you buy an additional property, that counts double! 5 chances + 5 more chances!
Three Grand Prizes! Two winners will receive an E-Z-GO Golf Cart and one winner will receive a Generac Generator. All but one Grand Prize Winner must be present to win. 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place runner-ups will receive $1,000, 4th and 5th place runner-ups will receive $500, and 6th and 7th place runner-ups will receive $250! All runner-ups must be present to win.

Generac Generator will be offered exclusively for the Texas Grand Ranch winner with the following terms and conditions. This offer has no redeemable cash value. 1- 22KW GENERAC Generator installed on a pre-cast concrete pad (Genpad). 1- 200 AMP Automatic Transfer Switch installed at disconnect at the house. 1- Battery. 1- Surge Protector. 1- Smart Management module. 20 ft of electrical. 20 ft of 5/8 copper gas line.1-2nd stage regulator. 1- ball valve. 1- first year of full maintenance included. If any gas lines, or electrical is needed over the first standard 20 feet, then there will be additional charges at that time. This does not include a propane tank or propane. This is valued at $8,900.00 and will be valid for 18 months from the date of the drawing.
