Thank you for requesting a Guided Virtual Tour with one of our Land Consultants
Here’s what happens next:
Step 1: Pre-Tour Planning
A Land Consultant will contact you soon to discuss the details and features of The Estates of Texas Grand Ranch, answer any questions, and prepare you for your live guided virtual tour.
Step 2: Day of Tour
On the day of your tour, please use the Google Meet link to connect with your Land Consultant, who will be joining live from the property. Tours last about 30 minutes, allowing time to explore the community and available inventory.
Step 3: Securing Your Homesite
If you are interested in purchasing a homesite, you have two options:
- You can secure your homesite with a 10% deposit by check or credit card to take it off the market.
- You can schedule a time to visit the property in person; ask your Land Consultant about our travel reimbursement program.
Financing: You can finance through our preferred lenders or any lender. The deposit is held in escrow until you choose a lender. If denied financing, you’ll receive a full refund. The typical closing period is 30 to 45 days.
Cash Purchase: If you’re able to close on the property via a cash close within 21 days, we have some attractive incentives available, including a purchase discount.
